Who publishes this site
This website is published by Growing Research and Infrastructure Laboratories, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, based in Kentucky, United States. Growing Research Labs and GRL are its public names.
How to reach us
One address for everything: hello@growingresearch.org. You don’t need to work out which department to write to. There’s a person at the other end.
If you have a problem you’d like us to look at, the Send us your problem page is the quickest way to get it to us.
Reporting a security problem
If you’ve found a security problem with this site, please tell us at security@growingresearch.org before telling anyone else, and give us a fair chance to fix it. The same details are published for researchers at /.well-known/security.txt.
What’s real and what’s an illustration
- The example problems on the home page and on Our work are made up. They show the kind of thing we take on. They aren’t clients, and they’re labeled as examples wherever they appear.
- The before-and-after sequences are illustrations of an idea, not measurements from a project.
- A.N.T.O.N. is drawn as a small hovering robot. That’s a character for a research project, not a photograph of a product. There’s nothing to buy.
- When we publish a real case study, it will say so, with real numbers and the client’s permission.
What this site loads
No cookies of our own and no advertising. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used, and we keep a few anonymous daily totals (like how many people start the form) that can’t be tied to anyone. The typefaces, Inter and Space Grotesk, are open-source fonts served from our own site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and the Send us your problem page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated spam out. Privacy has the detail.
Accessibility
We built this site to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, a phone, large text and reduced motion, and we used the WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines as our target. We’ll have missed things. If something here is hard for you to use, please tell us and we’ll fix it. You can also send us a problem by plain email instead of the form.
